The Educational Centre for ICT at the University of Helsinki is a development unit for innovations and quality in the use of information and communication technologies in teaching and learning.
Educational Centre for ICT focuses on the promotion and further development of the following operations:
- Centralized educational support services
- Training for the teaching personnel
- Strategic coordination of virtual university activities
- Exploring and presenting new technological innovations for educational use
The Centre is administratively placed within the Academic Affairs unit of the Department for Strategic Planning and Development at the University of Helsinki.
The Centre is situatued in Learning Centre Aleksandria (4. floor). The learning centre has two entrances, one at Fabianinkatu 28 and another at Vuorikatu 7. Please, contact our personnel in all matters concerning educational technology!
